1. Making a Purchase…Browse our products which you can find listed in the menu on the top left under the icon named store.   Select each product and click “ADD TO CART” to send your item to the shopping cart where you can alter or change any items.   Follow the instructions on the shopping cart,  and we will process your order when submitted. When the payment has been received we will send it to you by first class mail.  We accept payments online by PayPal and all major Credit Cards like Mastercard and Visa, plus Debit Cards like Maestro/Switch/Solo/Delta and Electron.  If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order as normal and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.  We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.  There are NO BACK ORDERS.
     
  2. Out of Stock Items… if your item is not in stock and we expect new deliveries soon we will send your items from the new delivery, or we will notify you by email and refund your payment.
     
  3. Postage, Packing and Delivery… we do not make any charges other than those stated on the order page.  Deliveries are by surface mail – if you wish to have your goods despatched by Airmail or Express Delivery, please ensure that you tell us so by email with your order, as there may be a charge for this service.
     
  4. Credit Card Security… all credit or debit card transactions are securely processed by Paypal.  We never have access to your card details at any time.

  6. Privacy Policy… we are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.  We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.  We will never sell or trade your personal information.   7. Prices and Descriptions… we endeavour to keep all prices and descriptions or pictures of products as up to date and as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held liable for any errors that may occur.  Prices are subject to change without notice and in are in Pounds Sterling.  All prices include VAT at the applicable rate and are priced accordingly.
     
  8. Dispatch… we endeavour to dispatch your order within three working days.  Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it in accordance with the instructions below.
     
  9. To Cancel an Order… you must notify us within 8 hours of sending your order to us, of any alterations you wish to make or any cancellation.
     
  10. Non-acceptance of an Order… may be the result of one of the following:
    • The product you ordered was unavailable from stock
    • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error
     
  11. Exchange or Returns… we will exchange an item for an equally valued item or refund the purchase price if the item is received by us undamaged in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt.  A restocking fee of 15% may be charged on returns.
     
  12. We Reserve the Right… to ban any customer based upon, use of profanity, excessive returns, tampering with goods or our website or any other activity we deem inappropriate.
     
  13. Liability and Guarantee…our liability on any purchase is limited to and cannot exceed the purchase price.  Any breakages, shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  We guarantee your satisfaction.  All our products come with a 15 day no quibble guarantee.
